	2.	Public Recognition of the Keep Allen Beautiful Reuse-A-Shoe Contest Winners.

	3.	Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Lifetime Achievement Award presentation to Andrea Smith, Education Specialist.

	4.	Approve Minutes of the May 14, 2019, Regular City Council Meeting.

	5.	Approve Minutes of the May 23, 2019, City Council Joint Workshop with Planning and Zoning Commission.

	6.	Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Interlocal Agreement Between the Cities of Allen, Plano, and Wylie to Jointly Operate a Radio Communications System.

	7.	Adopt a Resolution Denying Oncor Electric Delivery Company's Application for Approval of a Distribution Cost Recovery Factor.

[THE APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL REMAND THIS ITEM TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR CONSIDERATION OF REVISED PLANS] Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance to Establish a Planned Development Zoning District with a Base Zoning of Central Business District "CBD" and to Adopt Development Regulations, Concept Plan, Building Elevations, Architectural Plan, Open Space Plan, and Street Cross Sections for Approximately 12.28± Acres Generally Located at the Northeast Quadrant of U.S. Highway 75 and W. Main Street and Bounded by Anna Drive, Main Street, U.S. Highway 75, and the Southern boundary of Block A and C of Whisenant Estates Addition. [Allen City Center - Urban Residential and Office Uses]

	9.	Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance Granting a Specific Use Permit for a Medical or Dental Office Use for an Approximately 3,600± Square Foot Portion of a Building Generally Located North of Prestige Circle and Directly West of Jupiter Road (And Commonly Known as 600 S. Jupiter Road). [DFW ABA Center]

	10.	Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance to Establish a Specific Use Permit for a Banks and Financial Institutions Use for an Approximately 3,182± Square Foot Portion of a Building and Detached, Accessory ATM Generally Located at the Northwestern Corner of the Intersection of W. Exchange Parkway and N. Watters Road (and Commonly Known as 1010 W. Exchange Parkway, Building B). [Twin Creeks Village - Bank]

	11.	Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance to Amend the Development Regulations of Planned Development PD No. 53 Shopping Center and to Adopt a Concept Plan and Building Elevations for a Property Generally Located at the Northwestern Corner of the Intersection of N. Alma Drive and W. Exchange Parkway. [Shops at Alma and Exchange]

	12.	Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance to Establish a Planned Development Zoning District with a Base Zoning of Townhome Residential and to Adopt Development Regulations, a Concept Plan, Building Elevations, and a Hardscape and Landscape Plan, for a Property Generally Located at the Northwestern Corner of the Intersection of S. Jupiter Road and Chaparral Road. [Villas at Chaparral]
