The property is located on the west side of Greenville Avenue and north of Main Street. The properties to the north, east (across Greenville Avenue), south, and west are zoned Shopping Center (SC).
The property is zoned SC. A site plan for the proposed replat was approved in January 2021 for a restaurant (drive-in or through). Platting is the final step in the development process.
The Replat shows one lot at a total of 0.42± acres. The site is accessible by internal drives. The plat also shows various easements required for development of the property.
The Replat has been reviewed by the Technical Review Committee, is generally consistent with the Site Plan, and meets the requirements of the Allen Land Development Code.
