The subject property is located directly east of S. Greenville Avenue and approximately 723± feet north of Chaparral Road. The property to the north and east is zoned Planned Development PD No. 84 Multi-Family Residential MF-18. The properties to the south are zoned Local Retail LR. The property to the west, across Greenville Avenue, is zoned Light Industrial LI.
The property is zoned Planned Development No. 84 Office O. A Planned Development Amendment for the property, Saxony on 5, was approved in August 2019. A site plan for the proposed Lot 2R was approved in October 2019. Platting is the last step in the development process.
The Replat shows one lot that has a land area of 1.00± acres. The plat also shows various easements and a right-of-way dedication required for development of the property.
The Replat has been reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and meets the standards of the Allen Land Development Code.
