The property is generally located at the northwestern corner of the intersection of Chaparral Road and Jupiter Road. The properties to the north are zoned Single-Family Residential R-5. The property to the east, across Jupiter Road, is zoned Local Retail LR. The properties to the south, across Chaparral Road, are in the City of Plano.
