- There were no items taken to the January 14, 2020 City Council meeting.
- At the January 28, 2020 City Council meeting, the Council approved a request for a Specific Use Permit at 109 N. Greenville Avenue for Hidden Gym.
- At the January 28, 2020 City Council meeting, the Council approved a request for a Planned Development Amendment for a Sign Plan for Collin College.
- At the January 28, 2020 City Council meeting, the Council approved a request for a Planned Development Zoning for Gateway Allen at Twin Creeks.
