The purpose of this bid is to provide discounted pricing for numerous City printed materials including but not limited to business cards, stationary, brochures, flyers, door hangers, forms, water bill inserts, citation booklets and bound booklets as outlined in the attached bid tab.
The Purchasing Division has received four (4) responsive bids to this City of Allen Solicitation for Printing Services, 2020-10-5. Staff recommends award to three (3) vendors providing the lowest price and best value.
- AC Printing, LLC. - $127,500
- AlphaGraphics - $15,000
- Logan Graphics - $7,500
The contract will be for one-year with two (2) one-year optional renewals.

Funding for annual printing services is included in the FY 2019-2020 approved budget.

Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year contract with AC Printing, LLC, Logan Graphics, and AlphaGraphics 99 for Printing Services for a total annual amount of $150,000 with two (2) optional one-year renewals.

I make a motion to authorize the City Manager to award the bid and to execute a one-year contract with AC Printing, LLC ($127,500), Logan Graphics ($7,500), and AlphaGraphics ($15,000), for Printing Services for a total annual amount of $150,000 with two (2) optional one-year renewals.
