| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
The maintenance building parking lot at TCWC needs repair as well as additional parking. Staff worked with the City of Plano on approval of plans to ensure the parking lot is code compliant and to provide additional parking by making adjustments to the design of the existing parking lot.
Funding, Bidding for Construction
The Purchasing Division received three (3) responses to Bid # 2019-9-84 on October 10, 2019. Staff believes it is in the best interest to award to the most qualified bidder, North Rock Construction, LLC, who met the specifications for this project for a total of $108,133.
