| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
Specific Use Permit SUP No. 166 was adopted on April 9, 2019 authorizing a fitness and health center use for The Jym. A duplicate SUP number was incorrectly assigned. The purpose of this ordinance is to correct the scrivener's error replacing all mentions of Specific Use Permit SUP No. 166 with Specific Use Permit SUP No. 171 in Ordinance No. 3653-4-19 in order to maintain clarity regarding the identification of businesses operating under a Specific Use Permit.
