| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
Changes to the Environmental Health Ordinance are necessary for compliance with recent changes to state law. The proposed amendments clarify the requirements for commercial construction standards, and revise the requirements for restaurants that allow dogs on patios.
The proposed amendments have gone through a review process with participation from the City Attorney. The redline version is attached for reference.
