- The request to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance to establish a Planned Development zoning district with a base zoning of CBD, for Allen City Center, was denied.
- The request to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance to add a Banquet Hall as a permitted use, for McDermott Banquet Hall, was approved.
