The property is generally located north of Stacy Road and approximately 426± feet west of Chelsea Boulevard. The properties to the north, east, and west are zoned Planned Development PD No. 92 Shopping Center SC. The properties to the south (across Stacy Road) are zoned Planned Development PD No. 45 Shopping Center SC.
The subject property is currently zoned Planned Development PD No. 92 Shopping Center SC. A Planned Development amendment for the property was approved in December 2004. A Site Plan for the property was approved in April 2019. The Replat is the last step in the development process.
The Replat shows a single lot encompassing 0.899± acres. The two points of access into the site are through Fire Lane, Access, and Utility Easements. The plat also shows various easements required for development of the property.
The Replat has been reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and meets the standards of the Allen Land Development Code.
