The property is located north of Exchange Parkway and east of Bossy Boots Drive. The properties to the north, east, south, and west are zoned Planned Development PD No. 108 Mixed Use MIX. The property is zoned Planned Development PD No. 108 Mixed Use MIX.
A Planned Development amendment was approved by City Council in December 2018 and a Preliminary Plat was approved in September 2012. A Site Plan for the property was approved in March 2019. The Final Plat is the last step in the development process.
The Final Plat shows 0.781± acres of land comprised of a single lot. There are three points of access into the development--one on Webster Drive and two through access easements. The plat also shows various easements required for development of the property.
The Final Plat has been reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and meets the requirements of the Planned Development and the Allen Land Development Code.
