- The request to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an ordinance to amend the Development Regulations of Planned Development PD No. 26 Shopping Center SC to allow a Daycare use and adopt a Concept Plan, for Golden Learning, was approved.
- The request to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt a Specific Use Permit for a Fitness and Health Center use, for The Jym, was approved.
