BACKGROUND

The property is generally located directly north of Keith Drive and approximately 1,025± feet west of S. Greenville Avenue. All surrounding properties are zoned Single-Family Residential R-2.

The property is currently zoned Single-Family Residential R-2. The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing residential lot into two lots and amend lot lines. Both proposed lots have frontage on Keith Drive for driveway access. The plat also shows various easements required for development.

The Residential Replat has been reviewed and meets the standards of the Allen Land Development Code.



STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval.
MOTION

I make a motion to approve the Residential Replat of Lot 6, Block 3, Allenwood Estates, a portion of Lot 7, Block 3, Allenwood Estates, and a portion of Lot 8, Block 3, Allenwood Estates Second Installment, being 1.426± acres of land; generally located directly north of Keith Drive and approximately 1,025± feet west of S. Greenville Avenue, for Allenwood Estates.
