- The request to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to authorize a Specific Use Permit for a Minor Automotive Repair use, for Firestone, was approved.
- The request to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to amend the development regulations of Planned Development No. 108 and adopt a Concept Plan and Building Elevations, for Golden Chick, was approved.
- The request to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to amend the development regulations of Planned Development No. 92 and adopt a Concept Plan, Building Elevations, and an Amended Zoning Exhibit, for Starcreek Village, was approved.
