- The request to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to amend Planned Development No. 53, for Acadian Office Park, was approved.
- The request to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to establish a Planned Development with a base zoning of Single-Family Residential "R-6" and Townhome Residential "TH", for Lexington Estates, was approved with the condition that the rear townhome elevations are enhanced.
