The property is generally located south of Stacy Road and west of U.S. Highway 75. The properties to the north, west, south, and east (across Chelsea Boulevard right-of-way) are zoned Planned Development PD No. 45 Shopping Center SC.
The property is zoned Planned Development PD No. 45 Shopping Center SC. A Site Plan for the subject property, the portion of the Stacy Green development with urban residential, is currently under review. Platting is the last step in the development process.
The Replat shows a 7.019± acre tract of land. There are two points of access into the development; both on Chelsea Boulevard right-of-way. There is a third future access point in the northwestern corner of the property that allows a connection to Lot 7. The Replat also shows various easements and right-of-way dedication required for development of the property.
The Replat has been reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and meets the requirements of the Allen Land Development Code.
