Place No. 2 on the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee has been designated by the City Council, per Ordinance 2224-10-03, as the position held by a municipal official. City staff recommends Gail Smallin as the City official to fill this vacant position for appointment by the Allen City Council. Ms. Smallin is the Senior Environmental Health Specialist with the Community Development Department.
