| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
The Courses at Watters Creek
submitted a Pond Fountain Project request to the Community Development Corporation (CDC) during the Fiscal Year 2018 budgeting process. CDC recommended approval of (3) decorative pond
fountains and (2) Pond Aerators to enhance views from the clubhouse, golf
course and Frontage Road and to improve water quality in
designated ponds.
The Purchasing Division solicited four hundred (400)
vendors and received one (1) response to Bid #2017-10-14 on November 16,
2017.

Project expenditures of $84,017 are funded through the Community Development Corporation.

Staff recommends authorizing the City
