| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
Place No. 3 on the Allen Animal Shelter Advisory Committee was designated by Ordinance 2224-10-03 to be held by the Animal Shelter Supervisor. On October 28, 2017, Deborah Michnick was promoted to the position as Animal Shelter Supervisor. Council is requested to formally appoint Ms. Michnick to the Advisory Committee. The seat was previously held by the Interim Animal Shelter Supervisor Angela Hall.

I make a motion to appoint Ms. Deborah Michnich to fill the unexpired term in Place No. 3 on the Allen Animal Shelter Advisory Committee with a term expiration of September 30, 2019.
