| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
In accordance with the Texas Property Code, Section 6.03, the Appraisal District's five directors are to be appointed by the taxing units that participate in the District. A resolution signed by Mayor Terrell must be received by the District on or before October 14, 2017, in order to nominate one to five candidates. Candidates must be residents of the District for at least two years prior to beginning service on the Board. The City of Allen has 110 votes to cast. As in the past, the proposed Resolution places Gary Rodenbaugh as a candidate and casts all 110 votes for him.

I make a motion to adopt Resolution No. ______ nominating Gary Rodenbaugh as a candidate for the Board of Directors of the Collin Central Appraisal District Board and casting all 110 votes of the City of Allen for Mr. Rodenbaugh.
