| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
Upon adoption of Ordinance No. 2639-7-07, the City Council adopted a New Allen Land Development Code for the City of Allen. In July 2016, the City Council approved Supplement No. 13. codifying all updates to the Land Development Code through May 10, 2016. This item codifies all changes since by approving and enacting Supplement No. 14 to the Allen Land Development Code.

Staff recommends that the City Council adopt an ordinance updating the Land Development Code for the City of Allen.
