Per city attorney recommendation, we are removing the fee table from the Fire Code and seeking its adoption via resolution. The fees are not being changed. Since the fee table was intentionally left out of the amendments to the 2015 International Fire Code, this fee table must be adopted via resolution in order for the City to charge fire construction permit fees.

Staff recommends that the City Council approve a resolution establishing fire construction permit fees.
