This contract is a standard agreement for professional services for the design of the Hillside Village Water and Sewer Rehabilitation Project. Repair and replacement of existing water and sanitary sewer lines are ongoing efforts in the systematic maintenance and operation of utility infrastructure. The eastern portion of the Hillside Village neighborhood is older and the existing water and sanitary sewer pipes are of substandard type and condition (i.e. clay tile, asbestos cement, cracked or broken). As a result, these pipes are in need of replacement.

Circle Cove (Rolling Ridge to Fountain Gate)

Rolling Ridge (Valley View to Fountain Gate)

Hill Haven (Roaming Road to Park Place)

Water line replacement

Leading Lane (Grassy Glen to Greeting Gate)

Melody Mall (Leading Lane to Main)

Main (Melody Mall to Greeting Gate)

Sewer line replacement

Fountain Gate (Meadow Mead to Rolling Ridge)

The initial engineering design contract amount of $429,600 will be funded through the Water and Sewer Fund approved within the FY2017 Annual Budget.
