| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND
The amendment to the Code of Ordinances adopted by City Council creates a permit for the keeping of backyard chickens. This resolution establishes the application fee for the permit. Staff has researched surrounding cities and the proposed $25 application fee is similar to what other cities are charging.

Staff recommends the City Council approve this Resolution establishing a fee for the permit application for backyard chickens.
